Happy New Year

A happy and prosperous new year to one and all.

Hope that 2018 proves to be a good one for all of you.

Have a great year.

Shaun.

p.s. Any resolutions? (if you can't keep it until morning it doesn't count)

Happy new year to you all.

No resolutions as such Shaun. but changes planned both personal and work wise. Work wise I'm aiming to attract a few more clients, launching a new website 1st March, together with a facebook page. I lost a few last year and I haven't yet done anything about replacing them yet, so that's going to be my main focus.

I also want to lose a stone or two in weight (yep, I know I've been here before!) which will commence in earnest from the beginning of February.

I think I'll be happy if 2018 is simply not as horrid as 2017 - both for me and the increasingly bonkers world in which we live.

However, as Supreme Commander May and her party of plonkers takes us further towards a tipping point - and the supposedly most powerful man in the world, Trump, continues to make policy decisions based on the way his rattle sounds when he waves it around in different ways, I think things can only get worse.

But, hey, yeah, happy new year.

Facebook page. Hmm. A week or so back I said I'd start using Facebook again (and set up a page for something - not for the business). Quite frankly, after a few days use I've concluded that Facebook is bloody awful - and actually worse than I remember it being.

Hi Vince, sorry to hear last year wasn't great for you personally, and here's to a much better year for you.

Unfortunately there's not a lot we can do about the crazy world we live in.

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.
